UREY PARK

Named after Harlod C. Urey, a Nobel Prize for Chemistry Recipient who was born in Walkerton, Urey Park is located in Downtown Walkerton.  Urey Park is home to picnic tables and a water fountain.  The Town of Walkerton Christmas Tree is also located in Urey Park.  There is a lighting ceremony each year for the tree in Urey Park.
